iSHARE improves convenience and security when sharing eCMR data
Perhaps you already make use of a digital waybill (eCMR) solution from a recognised eCMR provider to facilitate a paperless transport chain. Thanks to collaboration based on the iSHARE agreements, it is now possible to share data between the eCMR platforms of a number of different eCMR providers. As a result, whether you are a shipper, carrier or logistics service provider, you can be certain that people signing for your consignments really are who they claim to be and are authorised to share the relevant data.
The uniform agreements within iSHARE mean, for example, that once warehouse employees have been registered and validated to sign for deliveries on one platform, they are automatically recognised as trusted users and are therefore authorised to sign for a digital waybill on another platform. Because the authorisations for sharing data are covered by the agreements within the iSHARE scheme, the identities and trustworthiness of the parties involved are guaranteed.
The benefits of the iSHARE-based eCMR for your organisation
- Easier and more efficient data sharing
- iSHARE Single Sign-On: the use of just one identity throughout the iSHARE scheme
- Reduced security risks thanks to the certainty provided by the iSHARE scheme
